We spoke to legendary HMI "Impressario"/manager PIERROT AL-KHAL today; so we asked him THIS question below.

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: With you being a manager for many years in the past of a few bands, what is the secret/recipe for keeping a band together?
What are the 3 most important ingredients to make it happen?
PIERROT AL-KHAL: " Here they are....
1.-Communication with all the members. Always listen to what every member has to say. When I say member I mean everyone that's part of the group.
2.- As a manager of a band don't act as a dictator, don't impose yourself. Always put yourself in the other members' shoes before making a decision.
3.- DISCIPLINE: As a manager you have to be a great example for everyone and be the first person to have good discipline, and have plenty of respect for every member. And also every member has to be on the same page and also have great discipline and respect for one another. If one member has no discipline it can have a big effect on others. That is why i mention EVERY member.
