NYC Promoter GLASSES of TAKEOVER is the one who will put out T-VICE on the Parkway along with the band...according to him. He is bringing the float and some sponsors. He told us that IT WAS THE RIGHT TIME for T-VICE to hit the Parkway again in NYC.
