THE HAITI SUMMER TOUR "THEORY" ...MYTH or REALITY?

It is often a belief in HMI circles that once a band that is NOT at the top of the HMI ladder goes to Haiti and does an indisputable GREAT SUMMER TOUR WITH A NEW CD; upon their return to the U.S; it is only a matter of time before they get results in terms of PACKED PARTIES and all. There are a few examples of that from the past; most recently KLASS blowing up in the U.S upon their return from their first Haiti tour with Pipo. It is said in HMI circles that the KLASS debut CD was NOT doing anything on the market...UNTIL AFTER the group's return from their Haiti Summer tour, where they did well.
Another example that was used but did NOT get the chance to come to fruition was BELJAZ and their critically acclaimed popular CD "VAN VIRE" CD. It is the belief of many that BELJAZ was about to blow up on the market and take over the business upon their return from their Summer tour that went very well...unfortunately, the band broke up BEFORE even returning to the U.S.
If we are to go with this "theory"; is it safe to say that GAZZMAN DISIP (Accepted by many as NOT being one of the most popular bands in the business right now), is expected to blow up in the U.S market upon their return from their Haiti Summer tour? They have a well received critically acclaimed CD in their hands by most accounts; so by the time that they set foot in the States; will Haiti have "GIVEN THEIR BLESSINGS" to COULEUR and his band on the new CD....like the HMI likes to say? The word of legend being DEPI AYITI BA W OK A....WAP PASSE TOUT KOTE!
I guess we'll soon find out if the HAITI SUMMER TOUR "THEORY" is just a MYTH or REALITY!
