I think Ti Joe's very powerful and raw and unfiltered comments come at a crucial time and NEEDED to be said by someone like him. We have always known that Ti Joe has a quality in him that not many in the HMI possess and he made a personal choice to SPEAK UP on the atrocities that plague our beloved Haiti.
