Is CRUZ LA about to join forces with Philadelphia party promoter CLIFFORD RAPHAEL, in a move that will ALLEGEDLY have C.F become an INVESTOR and MANAGER in the group? A couple of sources whispered that into our ears, so we'll wait and see what happens.
