A well known band in the HMI needs to be extremely careful because this past week, we received complaints about them from 2 promoters....and it is about the band's MAESTRO. Both promoters seem to be along the same lines in which they feel that the maestro is going to hurt the band because he seems to be more interested in HIMSELF GETTING SOME SHINE/CREDIT....than what should be PRIORITY.....THE BAND.

One of the promoters told me that THE MAESTRO needs to realize that if the LEAD SINGER/STAR of the band scores for the band....SE POU TOUT GROUP LA LAP BON...and that the maestro needs to understand that SE PA LI KI STAR/VEDETTE JAZ LA...and until he understands THAT; there will always be "EGO ISSUES" holding the group back.....that might prevent them from reaching the promised land.

The other promoter was more direct by scratching his head telling me he just can't understand the thinking or reasoning behind the maestro's head.
