IS WELL KNOWN BAND looking to make this "MAJOR" move?

Is there a well known band in the HMI, who scored with a VERY POPULAR CD not too long ago; LOOKING TO ADD A FEMALE SINGER TO THE GROUP in order to mix things up a little bit? Some close to the group are "FOR" the move, and some close to the group are "AGAINST" the move? WHAT will be the final decision taken?
