KM spoke to ROBERTO MARTINO about the latest issues surrounding his rivals DJAKOUT. This is what he told us.

ROBERTO MARTINO: "Chak ane neg yo ekri kanaval mwen pou mwen. Mwen pataka mande pou pi bon advèsè ke sa. On the other hand... Really hope they resolve this issue privately!"

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Eske PLAK SOLO se yon cancer li YE en general pou Jaz Ou non?
ROBERTO MARTINO: "Oui et non. Depi gonw antant kote jazz la pare poul back up atis kap fe plak solo a jan Alan C te fèl nan Zin, et se jazz la kap benefisye de album saa, li pap yon pwoblem. Si atis la itilize platforme nan poul shineM epi lal fè plak solo pou jere tèt li.... pa jazz la, lè saa son'w cancer!"

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: In the case of Shabba/Djakout....who is right or wrong?
ROBERTO MARTINO: "I have no idea bro, i am just an outsider looking at the whole situation unfolding just like everyone.. I think that this has been boiling for years though. It's their business, i hope that they sit down and resolve these issues behind close doors. Yo ka jere ti saa. Only if it can be resolved."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Roberto Martino SOLO CD in the future...Reality or NEVER?
ROBERTO MARTINO: "NEVER. My inspiration is for Vice2k.. I am T-Vice it would be a conflict of interest. My business is T-Vice...and I am a TEAM player."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Would you be FOR or AGAINST any Vice member releasing a SOLO CD while in the band?
ROBERTO MARTINO: " I would be for only if it would go with the explanation that i gave you before about the band benefiting from it."

Mwen renmen pati misye di nèg yo gentan ekri knaval Vice la pou li, very funny. However, Djakout tjrs bay nèg yo dosye. Se sou beton an verité a ye.
Album solo se yon cancer li ye nan band. Malgré Zin te kon'n benefisye de album Alan yo. Nou ka di Album solo Alan yo kontribye nan krazé Zin tou wi. Si'w decidé al fè album solo ou, epi ou paka expect pou band nan back up ou non. If they back u up, tan mye. If they don't', deal with it.

I agree with Roberto... But I think greed is the reason behind solo Albums. Djkout is a hot band I really don't see why Shabba keep coming with Solo album. Also Shabba is Part owner of Djkout no need for Solo Album unless the band will benefit from it. Shabba should wake up

Just like he says, only if the Nad is benefiting from it otherwise, it will create some problems. Now a collaboration is ok but a whole album is a no no...

By the way, if your name is Richie or Arly or any of the main band owners, it's fine cause at the end of the day it's your business that will suffer but if it's a cooperation like Djakout it will be a different case...
