*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Are LIVE CDS "D.O.A" (Dead on arrival) when it comes to selling it at record stores to the public because of many of The live recordings of the performances can easily be found on the Internet these days compared to before. Is it a waste of time for bands to release live CDs for sale on the market or not?
T-KLOD X-Tassy DOCTOR GROOVE: "Hey Pat, I don't think it's a waste of time for bands to do a live cd because that's what's working right now, but i don't think selling it is the way to go! It should be used as a marketing strategy in my opinion, to give people a taste of what you would get by coming to such and such band. This is solely because everything is online.

But honestly it really could all change. More and more bands are starting to use their own mixing boards, therefore they can control the recordings. Now if all bands decide to control their live performances like that, you won't see as much online recordings, and then bands would be able to sell their lives...but that's just my opinion!"

A clean well produced, noise removed live recording is aL ways good to listen to. They should be sold and the band should have exclusive rights to it
