Brother pam, Arly is the owner of NL. So he has the final say so on anything to everything. Yes, I am fully aware that some of Gazzman's hits songs were written by Patrick Pluviose and others but at the end of the day Arly (the maestro) could have chosen to do otherwise. My point is of course, he is an HMI star, yes he has contributed greatly to what the HMI is today HOWEVER, it's not even about his antics but his blatant disrespect especially towards Richie for calling him (Gro Gerda). Gazzman wouldn't be that "Gazzman" without the hits songs. Bottom line, respekté moun yo ki few "Gazzman" yo. Gazzman's ENTIRE success is his HISTORY (in the past) in NU LOOK.

While i am on the subject, I am happy that the deal between Gazzman and Richie failed through. Because I believe while Gazzman is an excellent vocalist but he is also LIMITED to "just konpa." What do I mean by that? Well, with Pipo, Richie can do anything and everything he wants because of Pipo's vocal abilities and skills. For example, can you imagine Gazzman singing "SE OU SEL MWEN GENYEN"??

My position is this... and this is my position... not any other fan of NU LOOK's position.

For those who know me from years ago on this boar, you know how much love I had for GAZZMAN.

You also know how much love I had for NU LOOK.

But I say this all the time... I AM A FAN OF KONPA DIREK FIRST. Period.

I am sure, Gazzman is still an amazing singer. But what has he done in DISIP since he has left NU LOOK? nada.

Gazzman poko janm chante w chante ki mache nan sanm other than what he has sung with NU LOOK.

NU LOOK on the other one has since produced two great hit albums.

So, as a fan of KONPA first, I am naturally leaning more towars NU LOOK than DISIP.

Yes Gazzman has paid his dues as a singer... don't think he is as great of an entertainer as some give him credit for.

But he is a great konpa direk singer, in the hands of a great producer.

it's time that pure singers like GAZZMAN and RC understand that they need great producers to keep their brand relevant. Period.
