RICHIE on which attitude is best to have when it comes to...

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Is it a myth or reality that when a man or group is seen or perceived to be at the top of the food chain in whatever it is in life, whether it be music, soccer, politics, or anything else; it seems as if everyone is out to get them....or have higher expectations for them.
Is an "US AGAINST THE WORLD" mentality the best way to deal with that, or is "POLITICS/DIPLOMACY" the best way to go in terms of how you as the leader of KLASS deals with it?
RICHIE: "You have to use BOTH actually. You have some people in this world that no matter what you do, no matter how good it is; you just simply CAN'T do anything right for them. They just have something in their hearts that just CAN'T allow them to praise you. THOSE...you have no choice but to take the "US AGAINST THE WORLD" stance. You have others who you know are fair, who call it, or tell it like it is...if you do well they credit you, and if you mess up...they criticize you; those people you RESPECT, and go the other route.
Having said that, it's just something in human nature that if you are on top of anything, expect people to shoot for you and your position. It's a HUMAN thing, and if you are on top of a business and you don't expect people to be gunning for you to try and go for the position that you are in....You are not being realistic. With KLASS, we know which cards to play depending on who we are dealing with."
