*KOMPA MAGAZINE: As a big Miami Heat fan, how do you think the WADE situation was handled? GOOD or POOR? Please explain!
FLAV: "From a PR stand point it was poorly handled. The Heat should have sacrificed for Wade just like he has done in the past for the Heat but we all know how business works and the Heat did not want to do what the Lakers did with Kobe which crippled the the Lakers for the last 2 years. Just like Gabel said "Anyen Pa Etènèl"

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Are you saying that YOU APPROVE the move by the HEAT to basically LET Wade ride into the sunset…pushed out the door INDIRECTLY?
FLAV: "I'm against it but I see why and where the Heat are coming from. If I was in Riley shoes I would have shown him the money."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Do you believe that such a thing as LOYALTY should or should NOT count in a business, whether it has to do with Basketball with Wade, or the HMI/Bands, with a long serving member of a group?
FLAV: "I'm huge in loyalty and that's why I said if I was Riley I would have paid him. Loyalty is very important in any relationship."
