To answer your question in regards to adding additional musicians to the band, that is to be determined. 5Lan is the only contractible & versatile band in the H.M.I. This formula works for all entities that benefit from our unique style, such as promoters, consumers, and myself as band owner/member just to name a few. 5Lan is a new genre that I implemented that does not require a full band concept to deliver.

The "Gouyadology" concept as you name it is a matter of groove, and musical talent that is found mostly in our keyboardist, and guitarist. So to fully conclude your questions today, 5 Lan already has the key factors to continue this Gouyad epidemic that is enticing our fans. New members is not necessarily something we are considering at the moment."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: You went down to Haiti last week...with additional musicians. WHY? Why did you NOT choose to give the motherland...the 5 Lan formula "RAW"...as is as they say? Are your critics right if they say you were afraid of THAT challenge...therefore you chose the SAFE route with additional musicians?
DJ 5 ETWAL: "Haiti was an outdoor/ concert type of concept. Please be aware that 5Lan will always use (additional musicians formula) for outdoor concerts. We used that same formula at "Madame Gougousse" a few months ago."

There was nothing broken in the first place. Innovative? these guys are playing Zouk for Christ sake with a DJ format. DJ has been around for years and Hip-hop. Give me a break. 5Lan, this is not HATE just constructive criticism.

Anyway, I am here to congratulate 5Lan with great respect because I saw one of their videos where they exclusively showcased a dark skinned sister. That's a dear issue to me and for that I bow down to 5Lan for a job well done and ask them to do more of that because the dark skinned sisters have been missing in action by the industry. Ebony sisters are people too. Thanks 5lan. I appreciate you.
