*KOMPA MAGAZINE: What is the biggest obstacle that you face in the business as a female solo artist?
MALIDA: "Biggest obstacle i face as a female solo artist is that there isn't a platform for women in the hmi. The hmi is run by men who love bands and bals. We women are eye candy and if we have no sex tape, no naked photo leaked then we are bound to be placed on the sidelines. My goal is to change this. To offer the hmi some structure and ensure that there is a platform for everyone whether it's a band, single male or female artist. We're afraid of change and if something is working then there's no need to adjust it. But we need to adjust it because we're losing talent. In Boston its the same scenario."
