*KOMPA MAGAZINE: YOUR thoughts on the DONALD TRUMP PRESIDENTIAL victory and what it means for America...and Haiti down the line?
CHICO: "All I can say is Trump woke up the America that Martin Luther King, Malcom X, Farakhan spoke about. That America still exists. Time for us to wake up. I'm ashamed to see poor / middle class minorities that voted for him, even more ashamed to see some of my Haitians brother s& sisters who are rejoicing. "Ignorance is a bliss". You can clearly see they do not understand politics.
Oh yes we do not like the Clintons because of what they have done to Haiti. Yes I myself despise them for that, nevertheless, I looked at the bigger picture. My children growing up in this country, immigrants trying to come here for a better opportunity, and so many other factors that should've triggered a button to tell yourself that you must vote for the lesser of the two evils. Now you elect this Republican white supremacist that has insulted minorities inclusive of Blacks, Spanish, people of a certain faith, women. Now the government is Republican - that same party that dedicated 8 years to fight Obama on everything. I don't want to write a book in reference to this subject.
With that said I'm leaving this here. All I can say 2 of the worse days in America - 9/11 and 11/9. It's time for us to wake, educate ourselves first prior to making foolish decisions. Not a generalization, just speaking to a selected few. Let's watch the immigration laws, this black life matters. You think we had it bad, the worse has yet to come. The damage is already done, let's just hope for the best!"

TI WES ZO SOLO: "The result of this election means a lot of things to me ...honestly, I'm against fighting, war, theft. He's the leader right now he is the U.S president and he right now represents all Americans. I personally want people to know it's not only the President that is going to change everything. It is us, we need to change our way of thinking.
Example, that's what happened to our country ( Haiti ) everybody wants to do and say whatever they want, but if we go back to the past in Duvalier terms...nobody can just decide to say and do whatever they want and it is the same ...I have seen on the radio, social media, and even in the school where I'm studying right now at FAU ( Florida Atlantic university ) people trying to talk about racism. It's not just to me. Racism will stay forever ...we need more good things for our children, not war and kidnapping, rape of children. I just want all my fellow Haitians to learn from this election and go forward. Trust me our generation needs a strict Leader."

Ok cut it all. Yes he is rude, he does get disrespectful some times. However we gotta give the me redit for all he went through and some new the elections. Let's wait and see what he will bring to the table and then we can talk. What if he turns out to be great?
