*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Can you tell us how this song came about in terms of inspiration?
DIMI: "Hi Pat i want to start off by saying i am 18 years old. Since i was little i had always wanted to make music and sing. I was 15 years old when i decided that i wanted to be a singer/composer for the HMI. Ii started working on my first single which is titled "Lanmou Ka Change" when i was 16.

What really inspired me to write this song was the fact that i had a thing for love songs. Also a person that i knew had gone through an experience similar to what i was talking about in the song. What was brought to my attention about the situation was that they (the person that i knew and his spouse) were doing fine when they were living in Haiti and coming to live in the United States had changed a lot of things, The relationship had gotten bad and things were different. These cases happen a lot and i felt that with writing this song i would be able to connect with the fans or even just people that have been in a similar situation."
