ARLY LARIVIERE has a huge decision to make on.....

In my opinion like I said in my CD review when the NU LOOK CD came out, ARLY has several options in terms of songs to push in terms of SELLING THE CD/BAND to the public. One thing that was very clear from the NU LOOK camp when the CD came out, they made a huge effort to have the fans concentrate on 1 song "UNTIL WHEN" to maximize its potential. Now that the music video for the song has been filmed and released.....the focus now shifts on THE NEXT ONE.
I have said from the very beginning that 2 SONGS IN PARTICULAR would be on a COLLISION COURSE. It is my belief that those 2 are so good, and at the same time so similar in different ways, it will HELP 1 song while HURTING the potential of the other. THOSE 2 SONGS ARE "RIEN QUE TOI" and "C'EST CONPLIQUE".
The maestro has TRIED to keep it even by playing BOTH SONGS LIVE in the group's repertoire; but eventually along the way, a few months down the line, you will start seeing him FAVOR one of those songs over the other.....and when that happens, it might signal his intent on which one he plans to do the second music video with. Don't get me wrong, I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE FOR SURE that those 2 songs are the only candidates for that important second music video, but what I do know for sure in talking to Arly when the CD had just been released, HE VALUES BOTH OF THOSE SONGS VERY HIGHLY. He has musician friends and fans telling him to go for one or the other, as well as others suggesting doing something else for a song like "THE SWITCH"; but the 2 that we are talking about here are VERY VERY HIGH ON THAT LIST.
Why is it a dilemma for ARLY? When you spend money to make a music video, you want to be almost sure that the song that you have invested VISUALLY in with that video...IS GOING TO BRING YOU RESULTS in terms of HITS...securing BOOKINGS, CROWD RESPONSE and the whole nine yards. IT IS A GOOD PROBLEM TO HAVE....but also it is a lot of PRESSURE in a GOOD WAY to CHOOSE THE CORRECT ONE.
WHICH ONE will ARLY go for.....between those 2? Or will it be an UPSET where he surprises a lot of people by doing something else? NOW that "UNTIL WHEN" is out.....We will soon get the answer.
