I can tell you each release makes me appreciate My Time more. It's the only pure Kompa Direk album released since. Every other album u hear kompa direk here and there.

My Time is a complete album...... You can tell that other bands followed suit by not allowing one song to push the product. The institution of kompa direct!

Zenglen's Rezilta album was definitely a game changer in terms of music production raising the bar for the other kompa bands to meet...BUT everyone is trying to chase 1 band thats monopolized the HMI for the last 4 years. Everyone is coming for Klass and not only making solid quality songs, but albums AND videos. Bay Cesar sak pou Cesar.

but the HMI is going through an awakening and we the fans are finally getting good product in volumes and not 2-3 good songs every 2-3 years from bands

L'amitié, if you're talking about Bay Cesar, then you cannot use the video example here because carimi, t vice, zenglen always had good videos oh and Djakout top. I don't think videos were ever a problem. The definitely got better and are only getting better...
